One thing most people would be surprised to learn is... I am Puerto Rican! My one regret in life is that I never had the opportunity to learn Spanish fluently.
Biggest Fear: Being stranded in the middle of the ocean
What would be your superpower?: I think I would have the power to fly around the world and make people who are in need happy! ...which is kind of like Santa Claus…
Dream Job: To be a talk show host!
Dream Vacation Destination: To travel and explore Europe!! And take as many cliché pictures with famous landmarks as possible!
Why did you decide to audition for the DCC?: I was fortunate to be a part of the Junior DCC program that the organization had when I first moved to Texas. I was so intrigued and inspired by the DCC that I made it my goal to audition and make the team one day and hopefully make an impact on someone like they did for me.
What are some of your DCC highlights?: The sisterhood that is the DCC is incredible!! Through this organization I have met some of my best friends! From being a bridesmaid in each others weddings to planning baby showers, I am forever grateful for the bond and friendships I have formed through DCC. We get to experience things that most people will never get the opportunity to do all alongside our best friends! After DCC, the sisterhood continues with an amazing Alumni program. I am SO full of gratitude!!
Advice for someone who dreams of becoming a DCC: Don’t ever go back on your dream. If there’s a will, there’s a way! If you first believe in yourself, then the judges and everyone else will follow. Work hard, know that you are good enough, and always smile!
